Pilot Brewery

Swing Tree’s pilot Brewery has arrived! James Hogue at Tejas Smokers custom built us a pilot brewery and we are so excited to get it fired up. Until next March when we open our doors to the public, we will use our pilot system to perfect our Swing Tree beer line-up. After we open and have our 10bbl. system, the original will not be forgotten. We will use this 1bbl setup to try out new recipes and experiment on a smaller scale. We are working now to get the system all dialed in and we plan on brewing our first official pilot batches on it in about a week. First up will be our Two Shilling Ale™ and our Obligatory™ IPA.
